Booking Terms and Conditions
Deposits & Full Payments
- A deposit of 50% of total accommodation charge is to be paid immediately
by credit card to secure all bookings.
- The final balance will be deducted from your credit card 7 days prior to
arrival date.
- The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard & Diners
- If payment by cheque, cash or money order is required please telephone
(03) 5974 8804 to make booking.
All prices in Australian Dollars inclusive of GST.
Cancellation & Refunds
- more than 14 days prior to arrival date:
The Deposit is refundable less administration fee of $50.00
- less than 14 days prior to arrival date:
Deposit and Full Payment is refunded less administration fee of $50.00 if
suite/property/apartment is rebooked. If the dates of the booking are not
rebooked then the Deposit and Full Payment is retained by Azimuth
Connections.
Minimum Night Bookings
- 2 nights over weekends
- Single night bookings are charged % extra and are available throughout the
year excluding Christmas/January peak period, Easter and long weekends.
Occupancy Limits
- The number of guests staying the night is strictly limited to the sleeping
capacity of each property.
There are no exceptions to this rule.
- By special arrangement only, guests may also invite additional visitors for
the daytime and early evening, but not to stay the night. The number of these
additional visitors must be strictly limited to the sleeping capacity of the
property. For example, for a property that sleeps 2, only up to 2 other visitors
can be invited during the day.
There are no exceptions to this rule.
Discounts
Excluding Christmas/January peak periods.
- % discount if booking is for 5 or more nights
- % discount if booking more than one lodge/suite/property.
Check In and Check Out Times
- Check in Time is from 2:00pm (1400 Hours)
- Check out Time is 11:00am (1100 Hours)
