• Beds:
• upstairs: master with queen bed, wir and ensuite.
• upstairs: 2 bedrooms with two king single beds in each, separate wc and family bathroom, with bath
  
• downstairs: (ground level) bedroom with two king single beds and direct access to downstairs bathroom
• The kitchen is fully fitted out (microwave just gone to shop, however) with all utensils and top of the range s.s. appliances.   There is a separate laundry with front load washer, no drier, but clothes line out side door. Also, a big outdoor bbq available.
• The is a surround sound system with dvd, cd and flat screen tv (some dvd movies supplied also)
• There is a games cupboard with a variety of jigsaws, board games, etc..
  
• All new linen supplied - towels, sheets, doonas, pillows, etc..(as well as: tea, coffee and milk, shampoos and soap, also hairdrier)
• Double garage, with remote access and internal door(jetski and bicycles housed here but not available to guests).

• Property is quite 'new' and has top fitout spec : with ss euro appliances, stone benchtops, porcelain tiles, timber floors,
      indoor-outdoor concertina doors to lounge/courtyard, leather lounge, built in tv/sound system - just drive in, relax and enjoy!
